Peter Dallos, PhD

Peter Dallos is the John Evans Professor of Neuroscience Emeritus in the department of neurobiology at Northwestern University. Dallos was the founding chair of the department of neurobiology at Northwestern University. He earned his PhD and MS from Northwestern University. Dallos’ research is focused on the neurobiology of cochlear hair cells, with emphasis on the elucidation of outer hair cell function.
