Paula Muñoz Rodriguez

Paula A. Muñoz Rodríguez is a neuroscience PhD candidate at Stanford University School of Medicine, where she investigates the neurocognitive mechanisms of hoarding disorder and explores neuromodulation treatments for psychiatric conditions. She earned her BS in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. Rodríguez is currently a fellow of Yale Ciencia Academy program from Yale University and the Pathways to Neurosciences Program from Wu Tsai Neurosciences Institute. She is actively involved in mentoring, outreach, and leadership, serving as co-president of Hermanas in STEM and the Stanford Colombian Student Association. Beyond academia, Rodríguez is a co-founder of the nonprofit organization "Network de Voluntarios," which provides community service and support initiatives for the Puerto Rican community.
