Megan Anderson Brooks, PhD

Megan Anderson Brooks, PhD, is the president of Innovation Policy Solutions, a DC–based consulting firm specializing in science and health policy, following prior roles at CRD Associates, the Society for Neuroscience, and the New Jersey Department of Health. Her professional work spans policy strategy, advocacy, and legislative development, with a focus on precision medicine, genetics policy, and biomedical innovation. She has a PhD in neuroscience from Rutgers University and was awarded a fellowship from the Eagleton Institute of Politics.
