Lawrence P. Morin, PhD
Lawrence P. Morin is a professor emeritus in the department of psychiatry at Stony Brook University Medical Center. He has studied and published widely on the basic and functional neuroanatomy of the extended circadian rhythm systems, with recent emphasis on the nature of photic stimuli that induce sleep during the active phase of nocturnal rodents and the visual projections which mediate rhythm entrainment and sleep induction.
