After you have registered for the annual meeting, download the app and log in with your six-digit registration confirmation number (badge ID) and last name.

Plan Your Schedule
With the mobile app, all Neuroscience 2023 attendees can browse all sessions, events, exhibitors, and abstracts to plan their schedules ahead or find events that interest them while at the meeting. The app gives attendees the opportunity to search by theme, day and session type.
Sync With the Neuroscience Meeting Planner
If you already have created a personal itinerary ahead of time through the Neuroscience Meeting Planner, sync it with the mobile app to access it directly on your phone.
Interact with Virtual Posters
Visit a presenter's virtual poster by tapping the link in their abstract details. Leave questions or comments on virtual posters November 2–December 15.
Get Convention Center Maps
You will also be able to access exhibit and poster floor maps on the app, helping you navigate through the convention center to find what you are interested in. To find session locations, within session details, tap the map icon or the location name to view the session's location on a map.
Add Session Notes
Tap the icons at the top right corner of session details to bookmark a session or add notes. To view or export your notes, tap the "Notes and Bookmarks" icon on the app home screen.
Participate in Q&A Sessions
While Neuroscience 2023 will be held in-person in Washington, D.C., November 11-15, SfN will also offer a sampling of annual meeting content virtually.
Submit questions for speakers in Q&A sessions during lectures, symposia, minisymposia, and featured panels by selecting "Submit Your Questions" below session details. through the mobile app.
Network With Attendees or Speakers
From the "Contacts" icon on the home screen, add a colleague to your contact list by selecting "Scan Contact Code" and scanning the QR code on their badge. Update "My Contact Info" so your colleagues can also add you when you select "Display Contact Code."
