Theanne Griffith, PhD
Theanne Griffith is an incoming assistant professor at The University of California Davis. She previously was an instructor at Rutgers University. Griffith's main research interests lie in cellular and molecular mechanisms of thermosensation in both health and disease. She received her BA in neuroscience and Spanish from Smith College and her PhD in neuroscience from Northwestern University. She completed her postdoctoral training at Columbia University. Griffith is a Neuroscience Scholars Program alumna and currently a program class advisor. Her debut STEM chapter book series, The Magnificent Makers, was recently published by Random House Children's Books
