Peter Wenner, PhD

Peter Wenner is an associate professor in the physiology department at Emory University’s School of Medicine. His research interests focus on various forms of homeostatic plasticity, which act to maintain spiking activity and neurotransmission and have been implicated in several different neurodevelopmental disorders. The Wenner Lab studies homeostatic plasticity mechanisms in the developing and injured spinal cord and in cortical cultured networks.
