Michael Verwey, PhD
Michael Verwey is currently a senior advisor, research development (biomedical and health sciences) in the office of the Vice Principal at McGill University. His research has helped to elucidate important and diverse research questions ranging from publications on circadian rhythms and restricted feeding to developmental neuroscience and drugs of abuse. After earning his PhD at Concordia University, Verwey carried out postdoctoral research at McGill University. He has also served as a Neuronline Champion, an associate faculty member of the Faculty of 1000 and has received scholarships and fellowships from the Fonds de la recherche en santé du Québec, the Canadian Institutes for Health Research, and the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada.
