Krystal M. Santiago Colon

Krystal M. Santiago Colon (she/her) is a third-year PhD candidate at the University of Michigan in the pharmacology department. She is currently working in Joanna Mattis’ lab, investigate epilepsy circuit mechanisms, focusing on cholinergic nuclei in the Scn1a mouse model of Dravet syndrome. She is from Cayey, Puerto Rico, and completed her bachelor's degree in biology at the University of Puerto Rico at Cayey.
