Christine Charvet, PhD
Christine Charvet, PhD, is an assistant professor at the Auburn College of Veterinary Medicine. She received her PhD in neuroscience from the University of California, Irvine. She went on for postdoctoral training in neuroimaging at Harvard Medical School and statistical genetics at Cornell University. Charvet’s research program leverages big data in veterinary medicine, genetics, and neuroimaging. She and her colleagues developed a resource that enables researchers to find corresponding ages across humans and model organisms (https://translatingtime.org) and is useful for researchers who need to translate findings from model systems to humans.
