Andy Weyer, DPT, PhD

Andy Weyer is an assistant professor of physical therapy at Pacific University. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed his PhD in cell biology, neurobiology, and anatomy at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Previously, he received a DPT degree from Marquette University. He has researched the mechanisms of acute and chronic pain at basic and clinical levels, and plans to explore the effects of exercise on chronic pain at a clinical level as an independent researcher.
