Ali Hashemi
Ali Hashemi is a PhD candidate in psychology in the vision and cognitive neuroscience lab in the psychology, neuroscience, and behavior department at McMaster University. Hashemi’s research touches on several domains, including perceptual learning, face perception, and changes in behavior and EEG as a function of age during perceptual tasks. Hashemi was the 2013 recipient of the Dr. Jane McCracken Ontario Graduate Scholarship and several other provincial scholarships, departmental travel awards, national conference awards for excellence, and a fellowship to complete the present study through the NSERC ENGAGE grant awarded to Allison Sekuler, promoting industry-academic collaborations with InteraXon.
