Nestor, PhD, is board director of the Government–University–Industry–Philanthropy Research Roundtable at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine and founder and chief scientifc officer of Autica Bio. Nestor earned his PhD in neuroscience from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, his BA in philosophy and psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a certificate in M&A and corporate development Strategies from Wharton Executive Education. Nestor also has a certificate in project management from the University of California, Irvine, and a dual certificate in regulatory affairs for medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
