Aditya Nair is a graduate student in the Computation and Neural Systems program at Caltech. Nair attended undergraduate at the National University of Singapore, where he worked on the topic of this article and studied the role of neuromodulators in the claustrum.

Alexandra Moser is a PhD candidate in the neuroscience graduate program at the University of Southern California.

Jun Wang is an assistant professor in the department of neuroscience and experimental therapeutics at the College of Medicine, Texas A&M Health Science Center. His research concentrates on identifying the neurobiological basis of neuropsychiatric diseases particularly the alcohol use disorder.

Justin Jarovi is a PhD student in the cell and systems biology department at the University of Toronto.

Kate MacDuffie is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Washington, and a Bioethics Fellow at the Treuman Katz Center for Pediatric Bioethics at Seattle Children’s.

Keith Elmslie is professor and chair of the department of pharmacology at the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine of A.T. Still University of Health Sciences.

Lara Rogerson-Wood is currently completing her PhD in the laboratory of CAL.

Laura Villasana is an assistant professor in the department of anesthesiology and perioperative medicine at Oregon Health and Science University.

Lei Ray Zhong is a postdoctoral research fellow in the department of neurosurgery at Stanford University.
