Monserrat Orozco is passionate about advocating for incarcerated individuals and eliminating the stigma associated with substance abuse. In 2020, she obtained her undergraduate degree in biochemistry and minor in criminal justice from California State University, Los Angeles. She is currently a graduate student at the University of New Mexico pursuing a PhD in biomedical sciences with a concentration in neuroscience.

Hannah Zikria-Hagemeier is a cognitive and behavioral neuroscience graduate student at George Mason University researching better molecular mechanisms for creating improved therapeutics for neurodevelopmental conditions. She completed her bachelors in neuroscience and psychology, concentrating in cognitive neuroscience and minoring in mind-brain studies from George Washington University. Her post-baccalaureate research was on the genetic and molecular bases for neurodevelopmental conditions, and her graduate research is focused on pinpointing specific molecular mechanisms for the purpose of improving treatments for neurodevelopmental conditions.
