Curtis Neveu, PhD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Neurobiology and Anatomy at McGovern Medical School, a part of UTHealth Houston. He completed his PhD with Jack Byrne. His research aims to bridge our understanding of ion channels, neurons, networks, and higher-order processes such as the generation of movement and learning and memory using high-throughput recording techniques. He also has many outreach projects including an interactive website for children to learn neuroscience and an Adobe Illustrator for Scientists YouTube channel.

Daniel van den Hove, PhD, is a professor in neuroepigenetics and the head of the Section Fundamental Neuroscience, in the Department of Psychiatry and Neuropsychology at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. He earned his PhD at Maastricht University, where he focused on the relationship between prenatal maternal stress and adult psychopathology.
